By the numbers
Every figure links to the page that audits it.
- $3.44Mof live commercial bids reviewed by the bid-review product, 34 jobs
- $221,915.70surfaced in missed margin and estimating errors, a 6.4% verified catch rate, zero escapes
- 19,124production events routed with zero confirmed data leaks, in a local-first AI system
- 30-60 hrs/wkestimated manual re-entry returned to a 12-person estimating team
- 0 rollbacksin production at a ~50-person contractor since early 2026, on 6.0 hours of lifetime maintenance
- 2.25×realized end-to-end throughput from dependency-aware orchestration

- Local-first AI system with zero confirmed leaks across 19,124 production events · StemOwned end to end: strategy, users, roadmap, evaluation, production iteration.
- Production bid-review product, $221,915.70 surfaced across $3.44M of live bidsEmbedded discovery through launch; every finding linked to source evidence and held for human approval.
- Estimating workflow product, 30-60 hours a week estimated savings0-to-1 through beta and production rollout for a 12-person estimating team; still on the shipped version, no rollbacks.
- Dependency-aware orchestrator, 2.25× realized throughputRedesigned around product performance rather than maximum autonomy, under controlled execution.
- Studio booking and payments platform, 21 of 21 concurrency invariants held under parallel loadSpine-first on the studio's own Stripe account; the studio stayed on its existing SaaS, so it stopped at a validated prototype.
